1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways. Spanish law (article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE) and the GDPR require us to tell you which we use and to obtain your consent for any that are not strictly necessary.
2. Cookies used on this Site
We keep this deliberately minimal. www.sailingdreams.com does not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. The Site uses only what is strictly necessary for it to work:

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Because we set no other cookies, the Site does not currently display a cookie banner.
3. Third-party requests that are not cookies
To display our typefaces the Site loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers, which involves sending your IP address to Google Ireland Ltd. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to set cookies or profile users. The live availability search calls our own server function, which in turn queries the Booking Manager platform; no cookies are set by that process.
4. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future
Should we introduce tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or a chat widget, we will first show a consent banner allowing you to accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies, will update the table above, and will not load those tools until you have consented. You will be able to change your choice at any time via a “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each publish instructions). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working, for example the enquiry form.
